This is going to be a long one, so hold on.

This idea is a massive economy revamp idea, which means if this idea goes through, many ranks/money/jobs etc would be reset (Not the world).  Please don't vote on this idea before reading the whole thing, and don't vote badly because of a reset, as that might happen anyways due to massive economy mess ups.

Ranks:
What's bad about it now: There isn't too much progression, there are a minimal amount of ranks while there are many perks that can be given now (and more in the future ;P).
What I want to change: I want to create many, many ranks, with each rank only getting 1 new perk.
Ranks would be cheaper(somewhat) and you would be paying for the "perks" instead of a rank, and the rank
prefix beside your name would be just to show off.

Spawners:
What's bad about it now: The current spawners were just added into the game (Looks at Ooze).
The spawners aren't balanced, the levels aren't balanced etc.
What I want to change: My plan is to add each spawner by itself, so we can spend more time on each spawner, and allow each spawner to be used before people upgrade to the next one. We will make each spawner more unique, and add new unique drops.

Shop system:
What's bad about it now: Currently the shop is a gui (Which I personally don't like), and everything isn't too balanced.
What I want to change: I want to change it from the current gui shop system to a sign shop system at a warp (give our builders some stuff to do) and possible add /sell hand as well.

Farms:
What's bad about it now: The worst farm currently for us is cactus, which I want to get removed because of the massive amount of lag it causes the server and player's fps.
What I want to change: I'm planning to add a plugin somewhat soon which adds a whole new aspect to farming, which would remove current farms and add now and improved ways to farm and make money.

Ways to make money:
What's bad about it now: The current ways to make money aren't very nice and fun to do. For example, current ways to make money include mining for hours, building giant farms for hours or afking spawners for hours.
What I want to change: I want to add a new way to make money, such as our in-the-works custom mob arena which spawns a boss every hour and has spawners which drop custom items( all in a custom build).

Well, that's my main ideas for now, tell me what you think of it down below, and what you think needs to be changed.
